Dad just gone to hospital for surgery.....
I wish I could have the day off to go with him and be there when he wakes up from his operation.
I love you pops, you’re annoying at times but I love you and respect how brave you’ve been the last year. Hopefully this is the end of your pain and suffering and you will finally be cancer-free and won’t have to see any hospitals for another million years!

I like being alone.
I like drinking coffee alone, and reading alone.
I like riding the bus alone, and walking home alone.
It gives me time to think, and set my mind free.
I like eating alone, and listening to music alone.
But when I see a mother with her child;
A girl with her lover;
Or a friend laughing with their best friend;
I realize that even though I like being alone,
I don’t fancy being lonely.
